The salad dressing added a lot of moisture to the bread and it was delicious. I toasted some and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and butter of course and then ate some with cream cheese. Delicious both ways!.

Loved this banana bread, I've made cakes using salad dressing but never banana bread, it turned out moist and delicious, thank you very much QueenBee for your recipe.

I made one of these last week to try, and it was so delicious that I decided to make it for tomorrow. I loaded it up with double the nuts and used walnuts and pecans. Gives it such a nice taste. Will be having it with whipped cream cheese.

This is now my favorite banana bread recipe. I can't believe how moist this turned out and it is so easy. Thanks for sharing this recipe here.

When I first saw the ingredient Miracle Whip, I have to say I was very skeptical about adding it. It made for an amazingly moist banana quick bread. I was very pleasantly surprised. I added pecans instead of the walnuts, plus I made muffins instead of a loaf. Made for Billboard tag.

I noticed the review on this recipe a while back and decided to finally try it, I don't do a whole lot of baking and I've never baked with salad dressing in the past but this was the bomb, I'm making another one very soon, thank you

This was amazing! I would have never thought of adding in Miracle Whip to banana bread but it worked, the muffins are the next thing I make, thanks so much!

I have had this bread numerous times when Bea brings some to work. It is amazing. I have also made this recipe often and it is the easiest banana bread I have ever made.

What a wonderful Banana Bread! I have made this twice so far, once for Hubby and I, and then this past week for FIL and his wife, we LOVE it! In fact, FIL has requested again next week! Winner recipe Beatrice, thank you thank you!

What a moist and delicious banana bread recipe! This was so easy to mix together that it was ready in the pan before my oven had finished preheating. I already have a favorite banana bread recipe, but this one intrigued me because of the secret ingredient (Miracle Whip). I had accidentally bought a jar of Miracle Whip Light at the store and wanted to use it up. I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but it worked out so well. So not only did I find a great way to use up that ingredient, but I also found a fantastic banana bread recipe.
