"I came up with this recipe when I wanted banana bread instead of muffins. I played around with my banana muffin recipe to come up with this and it turned out lovely. Try toasting this and adding a pat of butter, ohhh yum."

The salad dressing added a lot of moisture to the bread and it was delicious. I toasted some and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and butter of course and then ate some with cream cheese. Delicious both ways!.
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip Salad Dressing)
- 4 bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Preheat oven to 350 degres Fahrenheit.
Grease and flour 9” x 5” loaf pan and line bottom with parchment paper.
In large bowl, mix together egg, miracle whip and bananas until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients; stir just until moistened.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour or more, until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean and bread is a nice golden brown.
Cool in pan 10 min.
Remove from pan and remove parchment paper.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Slice and serve.
