Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook zucchini and onion until crisp-tender.

Simple and good. Followed all as directed, but for some reason I thought it listed toasted sesame seeds, and added those, but wouldn’t change a thing. We had it as a side, but tomorrow with the little bit that is left, having it over some white rice. Thank you, Sue, for sharing.
