Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients -- in the order listed. Mix well after each addition.
Step 3
Put everything in an 9 inch cake pan that you have sprayed with pam and buttered. Top with the mushroom caps and top with cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 5
Check the bottom. It sometimes browns faster.
