Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large skillet add onions, bell peppers and dressing. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir frequently.

Step 2

Add the roast beef to vegetables and toss to coat. On medium low heat cook for 2 minutes or until meat is heated through. Stir frequently.

Step 3

Split the meat mixture between the 2 submarine rolls and top with the pickled peppers. Serve immediately.

I used crushed hot pickled peppers instead of the peppers, and added mayonnaise onto both sides of my roll. Great sandwich Lori! Thank you for sharing! Linda

A simple meal that's easy to put together for those nights when you're in a hurry. Filling too:-) DH could only eat one. Sauteeing the veggies in the italian dressing really added nice flavor. I decided to slather garlic butter on hoagies and then brown them in a fry pan for additional great taste. Made for Billboard Tag~
