Step 1: In a large skillet add onions, bell peppers and dressing. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir frequently.
Step 2: Add the roast beef to vegetables and toss to coat. On medium low heat cook for 2 minutes or until meat is heated through. Stir frequently.
Step 3: Split the meat mixture between the 2 submarine rolls and top with the pickled peppers. Serve immediately.
