Step by Step Method

Step 1

Line a sieve with 2 layers of cheese cloth or 2 standard paper coffee filters(not the cone type, they don’t sit sieve properly).

Step 2

Place lined sieve over a bowl.

Step 3

Mix the salt and yogurt together.

Step 4

Pour into the sieve and cover with a clean towel.

Step 5

Place in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 6

Pour the yogurt in a covered container and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
