How to Make

  • Step 1: Line a sieve with 2 layers of cheese cloth or 2 standard paper coffee filters(not the cone type, they don’t sit sieve properly).

  • Step 2: Place lined sieve over a bowl.

  • Step 3: Mix the salt and yogurt together.

  • Step 4: Pour into the sieve and cover with a clean towel.

  • Step 5: Place in the refrigerator overnight.

  • Step 6: Pour the yogurt in a covered container and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
