Step by Step Method

Step 1

Put the vegetables,meat and the cheese in a bowl and mix them well.

Step 2

Make the sauce with all the ingredients mentioned above, from pepper to oil and stir well.

Step 3

Pour the sauce over the salad and mix well.

Step 4

Place over lettuce

Step 5

Peal the eggs and cut them into quarters .

Step 6

Cut the tomatoes and use them together with the eggs for decoration.

Step 7

Pour the chive over the salad.

We love this kind of salad, especially on a hot muggy day! BTW, when they say "raw" sausage, they mean a cold, uncooked sausage that has been smoked, so it's ok not to cook it. (Just like you wouldn't cook salami or bologna when you make a sandwich.) Oh - I subbed zucchini for the cucumber.
