Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup sliced radish (red radish,cut into round slices)
  • 6 ounces carrots (2 carrots, cut into round slices)
  • 1/4 pound Emmentaler cheese (cut into small pieces)
  • 6 ounces beef hot dogs (three 2 ounce hot dogs, swiss use 3 cervelas, pork sausage, not cooked or grilled, just raw, cut into coin slices you could use summer sausage)
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 pounds potatoes (cooked, cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
  • SAUCE
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • Liquid smoke, dash
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • Garnish
  • 2 large eggs (cooked hard,cut into quarters)
  • 12 ounces tomatoes (2 tomatoes, cut into quarters)
  • 1/4 cup chive, minced
  • 4 cups lettuce ,chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put the vegetables,meat and the cheese in a bowl and mix them well.

  • Step 2: Make the sauce with all the ingredients mentioned above, from pepper to oil and stir well.

  • Step 3: Pour the sauce over the salad and mix well.

  • Step 4: Place over lettuce

  • Step 5: Peal the eggs and cut them into quarters .

  • Step 6: Cut the tomatoes and use them together with the eggs for decoration.

  • Step 7: Pour the chive over the salad.
