Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat the oil in a stock pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the onion, season with salt and pepper to taste and cook, covered, stirring occasionally until tender, 10 minutes.

Step 7

Season to taste

Serve with cilantro and peanuts.
