Step 1

Crush the dried rosemary with a mortar and pestle.

Step 2

Place the olive oil, white wine, garlic, crushed rosemary and soy sauce in a large re-sealable plastic bag.

Step 3

Add the pork chops, seal the bag and allow marinating for 4 to 6 hours refrigerated.

Step 4

Remove from marinade, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat, until cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes, turning half way through.

These were very easy to prepare...they came out nice and moist and tasty too...I let them marinade for the full 6 hours...made for "Pick Me" tag game...
