Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 pound pork butt chops (2 chops)
  • 1/4 cup oil (olive oil)
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Crush the dried rosemary with a mortar and pestle.

  • Step 2: Place the olive oil, white wine, garlic, crushed rosemary and soy sauce in a large re-sealable plastic bag.

  • Step 3: Add the pork chops, seal the bag and allow marinating for 4 to 6 hours refrigerated.

  • Step 4: Remove from marinade, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat, until cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes, turning half way through.

  • Step 5: Enjoy!
