"What's better than coming in from a cold winter's day and having dinner ready in the crockpot ? This soup will make you warm from the inside out. This recipe was based upon Sue Lau's #recipe10707, Thanks Sue for inspiring me. :) Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your own tastes. I felt that the was enough salt from the smoked sausage, but if your taste buds disagree add more. You will have to plan ahead as the beans will have to soak overnight. The soaking of the beans aren't included in the " Prep " time. I know all you seasoned cooks know to do this, before soaking beans make sure all bad beans and bits of rock are discarded. Submitted to " ZAZZ " on 2/5/15. " Keep Smiling :)"
