What a yummy combination of ingredients! I was in search of quick weeknight meal and this one checked all of the boxes. It was really yummy, too. Loved the crunchy noodles and mandarin oranges. I didn't read the full recipe to see that I needed an Asian type dressing so used one of the ones I had on hand. Thank you!
