"Bill and I had some leftover watermelon from yesterday so I whipped it up into some lemonade. We never can eat a whole melon, not even the small ones, and I hate buying pieces but do love melon. This is really good."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
I used about 3/4 of a small seedless watermelon (There *are* actually seeds in those!), cut out the fruit and pureed it in the food processor. Then I strained it through a coarse mesh sieve.
Step 2
Stir everything together and serve over ice with a mint sprig if you like.
