Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat the butter, diced bacon and fry until soft in it.

Step 2

Onion peel and dice.

Step 3

Wash, clean and chop leeks, carrots, kale and spinach.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces,

Give everything to bacon and sauté briefly.

Step 6

Deglaze with broth and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 7

Add pasta and rice, again simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 8
