  • 1 medium leek
  • 1/2 pound kale
  • 100 grams spinach
  • 12 ounces potatoes (2 potatoes)
  • 1/2 liter broth
  • 50 grams elbow pasta (macaroni)
  • 50 grams long grain rice
  • 150 grams raclette cheese (Gomserkäse)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the butter, diced bacon and fry until soft in it.

  • Step 2: Onion peel and dice.

  • Step 3: Wash, clean and chop leeks, carrots, kale and spinach.

  • Step 4: Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces,

  • Step 5: Give everything to bacon and sauté briefly.

  • Step 6: Deglaze with broth and simmer for 15 minutes.

  • Step 7: Add pasta and rice, again simmer for 15 minutes.

  • Step 8: Pour into warmed plates and sprinkle with grated cheese.
