Step 1: Heat the butter, diced bacon and fry until soft in it.
Step 2: Onion peel and dice.
Step 3: Wash, clean and chop leeks, carrots, kale and spinach.
Step 4: Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces,
Step 5: Give everything to bacon and sauté briefly.
Step 6: Deglaze with broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 7: Add pasta and rice, again simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 8: Pour into warmed plates and sprinkle with grated cheese.
