"If you like Waldorf Salad you will want to try this one. Not only is it good, but it is pretty. This one has dates (which I love) instead of raisins. Good as a side dish with almost anything."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cube the apples leaving the red peels on them; slice celery and add to the apples.
Step 2
Add the 3 teaspoons lemon juice and toss; add the dates and walnuts and set aside.
Step 3
DRESSING: Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks; fold in the mayonnaise, honey, and remaining lemon juice and then add the apples and toss.
