Step 1

Add oil to pan and add veggies. Start to saute on medium. Cover but continue to stir. Stir to make sure they don't stick or burn. Saute for 15 minutes. Add balsamic, water and spices, cook for 5 more minutes.

A very tasty easy and great veggie dish, next time I will use only half a halapeno this was HOT! I used more oil than 1 tablespoon, we enjoyed this, thanks!
