Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, saving 1 cup of water.
Step 2
Heat oil and cook garlic until golden and remove.
Step 3
Add chickpeas and cook until golden.
Step 4
Add red pepper flakes, pasta and garlic chips.
Step 5
Add 1/2 cup pasta water and cook until thickened.
Step 6
Season to taste.
Step 7
Add garnish and toss.
