Step by Step Method

Step 1

Dip strawberries into white chocolate up the hull, then set on a tray lined with baking paper until the chocolate is set.

Step 2

Dip each strawberry twice into dark chocolate at an angle, to create a deep V-shape on the front of each berry to create the tuxedo jacket and then return to the tray and refrigerate until set.

Step 3

Load remaining dark chocolate into a piping bag fitted with a 1mm round nozzle and pipe two small joined triangles at the top of the strawberry on the shite chocolate to create a bowl tie and then pipe three small cots underneath to make buttons and then allow the chocolate to set.
