Step by Step Method
Step 1
Boil turnip in salted water until just tender.
Step 2
Drain.
Step 3
Place in buttered Pam sprayed casserole.
Step 4
Meanwhile, melt butter and saute veggies until tender, seasoned to taste.
Step 5
Add flour and cook a bit.
Step 6
Add milk cook until thickened.
Step 7
Add cheese off the heat.
Step 8
Pour over turnips move around to get sauce mixed in.
Step 9
Top with bread crumbs.
Step 10
Brown in 350 degrees F oven for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
