"This is a rice recipe I like to serve with Caribbean dishes such as jerk chicken or fish. It is very easy to put together, the rice cooker does it all. You can use chicken bouillon powder instead of the vegetable bouillon powder if you prefer."

Seems I missed rating this wonderful rice side. Love Jasmine rice, coconut milk, black beans as well as the rest of the ingredients so no surprise as to how much I enjoyed. Even better is my faithful rice cooker made for easy and as always rice to love. Added to my rice favourites.
