Step 1
Mash the avocado with the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and mayonnaise.
Step 2
Add the garlic powder, oregano and ground turkey; mix well and form into 2 patties.
Step 3
Drizzle a non-stick skillet with just enough oil to cover the bottom and bring to medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add the patties, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cook flipping once, until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle, about 6 to 7 minutes per side.
Step 6
Place the cooked patties on bottom bun, top as desired.
