Step by Step Method
Pumpkin; I think canned pumpkin here would be faster.
Cook pumpkin and garlic, mash together add rest of ingredients.
Mix all ingredients, starting with one cup water and add more if needed.
Knead dough until it stretches between two fingers and doesn't break.
Form 20 balls, then roll out into cigar shape like 6" sub bun. Let rise until doubled
Fry in fat that comes up to middle of bun. Let cool a little, then slice length wise.
Put pumpkin on one side, then eggs on other side.
Fill with tuna that has potatoes with it in the middle.
Mix in lemon juice.
Top with pickle and green and black olives.
