I made these last night for dinner, and DH and I did really enjoy these. The only change that I made was to use fresh breadcrumbs , as I had a heap of leftover bread, so I decided to make go with my own breadcrumbs. So I used an egg wash first then into the crumbs. I love the added mayo to the tuna mix, it really did add to the flavor. I served with some oven baked wedges, and a homemade tartar sauce and of course I love these with tomato sauce! Wonderful quick, easy and very tasty recipe, which made the perfect serving amount for DH and myself.
