  • 1/2 cup mashed potatoes (cooled)
  • 120 gram tuna (1 can, in water)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated yellow onions
  • 2 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 small egg (beaten)
  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients except crumbs together and form into 4 patties.

  • Step 2: Coat the patties with the panko crumbs.

  • Step 3: Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add patties and brown on both sides for approximately 4 minutes per side - Watch they don't burn.
