Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°. Boil egg noodles in a dutch oven pan to package directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile, saute celery, pepper and onion in olive oil until tender crisp.

Step 3

Drain noodles and place back in dutch oven, add all ingredients except for breadcrumbs and butter, and mix well. Place mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.

Step 4

Top with breadcrumbs and dot with the butter. Bake for 30 minutes or until starting to brown nicely. Serve!

This made a real tasty dinner my family really enjoyed it, the can size for the tuna is not listed I used two regular size ,I also increased the Cajun seasoning, that really boosted the flavor, also through in a few small crushed garlic cloves when sauteing the vegies. Thank you Dissie.
