Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag of wide egg noodles
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans of condensed mushroom soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can of peas, drained
  • 1/2 large bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cans tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cajun spice mix
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°. Boil egg noodles in a dutch oven pan to package directions.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, saute celery, pepper and onion in olive oil until tender crisp.

  • Step 3: Drain noodles and place back in dutch oven, add all ingredients except for breadcrumbs and butter, and mix well. Place mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.

  • Step 4: Top with breadcrumbs and dot with the butter. Bake for 30 minutes or until starting to brown nicely. Serve!
