Step 1
Slice apples into half inch cubes; cut grapes in half leaving a few whole.
Step 2
Place the apples, broken up tuna, and grapes in a bowl and set aside.
Step 3
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper; add to tuna mix and stir carefully to coat.
Step 4
Fill lettuce leaves with mixture and roll to serve.
