Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 apples (unpeeled)
  • 1 can (7 ounce) tuna (drained and broken up)
  • 1 cup grapes (seedless, cut in half)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (more if you wish (I use no fat mayo)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Lettuce Leaves (if doing wraps)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Slice apples into half inch cubes; cut grapes in half leaving a few whole.

  • Step 2: Place the apples, broken up tuna, and grapes in a bowl and set aside.

  • Step 3: Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper; add to tuna mix and stir carefully to coat.

  • Step 4: Fill lettuce leaves with mixture and roll to serve.
