"So easy to put together, and so tasty.
My family love this every so often and really enjoy it when I make it."
Preheat oven to 220 dg c.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil & cook the macaroni according to manufacturer's instructions or until al dente and drain pasta when cooked.
Using a large bowl, thoroughly combine the macaroni, onion, 1 cup of the cheese, peas, tuna, soup mushrooms and and caraway seeds.
In a separate bowl combine the leftover 1 cup of cheese and potato chips and mix thoroughly.
Transfer the tuna mix to a casserole dish (approx 20x30cm) then top the tuna mix with the crushed potato chip crumbs and cheese mix.
Bake casserole for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
