Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Combine 1/4 cup butter with parsley and mix well.
Step 3
Divide into 4 pieces.
Step 4
Place 1 piece inside the cavity of each fish.
Step 5
Rub fish with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Place in a single layer in an oven-proof casserole.
Step 7
Pour wine over the fish.
Step 8
Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 9
Cut remaining butter into small pieces.
Step 10
Add butter and lemon juice to fish.
Step 11
Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 12
Serve hot or cold.
