  • Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups white wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2: Combine 1/4 cup butter with parsley and mix well.

  • Step 3: Divide into 4 pieces.

  • Step 4: Place 1 piece inside the cavity of each fish.

  • Step 5: Rub fish with salt and pepper.

  • Step 6: Place in a single layer in an oven-proof casserole.

  • Step 7: Pour wine over the fish.

  • Step 8: Cover and cook for 20 minutes.

  • Step 9: Cut remaining butter into small pieces.

  • Step 10: Add butter and lemon juice to fish.

  • Step 11: Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
