Step 6: Place in a single layer in an oven-proof casserole.
Step 7: Pour wine over the fish.
Step 8: Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 9: Cut remaining butter into small pieces.
Step 10: Add butter and lemon juice to fish.
Step 11: Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 12: Serve hot or cold.
