Step by Step Method
Step 1
Process watermelon, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 tablespoons yogurt, 1 teaspoon juice, and a dash of salt in a blender until smooth. Pour into a pitcher. Rinse the blender; repeat the above with the honeydew melon and cantaloupe.
Step 2
Fill the bottom third of a 16 ounce ice-pop mold with the watermelon mixture. Freeze for 2 hours or until solid. Fill the middle third with the honeydew melon mixture. Freeze for 1 hour or until surface is solid. Insert the craft stick through the middle of the ice-pop. Freeze another hour until solid. Fill the top third with the cantaloupe mixture until solid.
