Butter 9x14 inch casserole dish and set aside

Combine all ingredients , mixture should be moist, but not soupy

Pour into prepared baking dish

Place in cold oven and set to 350F

Bake for 75 min or until top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean

Serve warm
