Step 1

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.

Step 2

Add the shredded cheese and salt.

Step 3

Arrange the bread slices on a cookie sheet.

Step 4

Cover the bread slices evenly with the egg and cheese mixture.

Step 5

In a frying pan, heat the oil on medium heat.

Step 6

With a pancake turner or spatula, pick up the bread slices one at a time and flip them mixture down, into the oil.

Step 7

Fry the bread about 2 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked. Be careful not to burn.

Step 8

When ready to serve, sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately

I'm not quite certain as to how long these are supposed to be cooked, however I am sure that these are quite tasty, I have never made eggs this way, I really enjoyed this different way to make them, quick and tasty for sure, I used half oil and butter, thanks D for sharing this with us!
