How to Make

  • Step 1: In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.

  • Step 2: Add the shredded cheese and salt.

  • Step 3: Arrange the bread slices on a cookie sheet.

  • Step 4: Cover the bread slices evenly with the egg and cheese mixture.

  • Step 5: In a frying pan, heat the oil on medium heat.

  • Step 6: With a pancake turner or spatula, pick up the bread slices one at a time and flip them mixture down, into the oil.

  • Step 7: Fry the bread about 2 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked. Be careful not to burn.

  • Step 8: When ready to serve, sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately
