"Another one of my favourtie salad dressings. Basic but tasty. As with most homemade salad dressings, the flavour gets better as it sits."

I love salads and homemade dressings, there's no doubt I loved this dressing! Just enough different from our collection to be added to our Salad Cookbook. Just now did an extra printing, gave it a plastic cover - all ready for the recipe drawer for the reruns. An excellent combination of ingredients. Other than using sweetener instead of sugar I made as posted. I didn't have olive oil on hand for my second mix made using canola oil, for me it worked equally well. Off to add little tins of tomato paste to my shopping list to be sure I am good to go on this one!
