"I make this as a garnish to go with tamales. It goes well with most Tex-Mex or Southwest food. It an also be used as a dip for tortilla chips, if you chop the ingredients finely enough."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place chopped tomato, avocado, peppers and onion in a bowl.

Add seasonings and lime juice.

Stir gently so avocado doesn't turn into guacamole (unless you want it that way)

Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
Step 5
Sprinkle with cilantro leaves.
