"Found @ chocolatemooseydotcom & entered here to be a part of the Thailand/Indonesia region of Culinary Quest #3. Strange things often happen when you least expect them. I really was not expecting to fill my final 2 recipe spots when I began reading an article about 25 new burger recipes. 1 of them was a Thai burger, but the part of the recipe that intrigued me the most was this aioli I thought would have several uses for me, even in my day-to-day home-style brand of cooking. ENJOY!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a food proc (or a hand-held stick blender), add the garlic & salt. Process until the garlic is finely minced. Add the yolk & pulse a few times until combined (10-15 seconds).

Step 2

With the motor running, slowly add the olive oil in a thin stream until completely combined (do not add too much at a time or the mixture may break). Add the sweet chili sauce & process another 30 seconds.

Step 3

Chill in your refrigerator until ready for use.
