Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg yolk (room temp)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce (homemade or store bought)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a food proc (or a hand-held stick blender), add the garlic & salt. Process until the garlic is finely minced. Add the yolk & pulse a few times until combined (10-15 seconds).

  • Step 2: With the motor running, slowly add the olive oil in a thin stream until completely combined (do not add too much at a time or the mixture may break). Add the sweet chili sauce & process another 30 seconds.

  • Step 3: Chill in your refrigerator until ready for use.
