Step by Step Method
Step 1
Remove and discard the membrane from the ribs.
Step 2
Mix the first four ingredients and rub onto the ribs.
Step 3
Wrap in heavy-duty foil.
Step 4
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 5
Heat bbq to low heat.
Step 6
Grill ribs (in foil), meaty-sides up, 45 mins to 1 hour or until ribs are done and come apart easily.
Step 7
Unwrap ribs; discard foil.
Step 8
Brush ribs with 1/3 of the BBQ sauce.
Step 9
Increase heat to medium.
Step 10
Grill 15 min, turning and brushing occasionally, with the remaining BBQ sauce.
