"Made with Teeny Tiny Spice Co. Szechuan Spice, which is a mildly hot (2 on a heat scale of 5) blend of 3 kinds of pepper, coriander, star anise, cinnamon, ginger, cumin, green cardamom, garlic and salt. The result is stunningly good. Makes enough to marinate six large breasts."
