Step 1
Cut the rose petal into 1/4 inch strips

Discarding the tough base

Pack the measuring cup tight but dont bruise the blossoms

Boil in 2 cups of water

Cook 10 minutes until tender

Strain out roses and keep 1 cup of the liquid(? I dont know why you dont use whole thing)

Add the sugar and honey to water to make a syrup 220 on candy thermometer

Add rose petals and cook on extremely low flame for 40 minutes (they used asbestos mat .I think crockpot on low is answer) add lemon juice at end and they used rose coloring but you can just enhance it with pink or red
Step 9
Pour in hot sterilized jars seal
