Swiss Mushroom Burger

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Peel the onion
Step 2
Cut the onion in half crosswise,
Step 3
Cut 4, slices 1/4" from one half of the onion and chop 1/3 cup from the other half
Step 4
Gently miix the beef, egg, parsley, garlic & 2 tbsp dijon mustard
Step 5
Form the meat mixture into 4 patties, 1/2" thick
Step 6
Fry the patties, onion rings & mushrooms over medium heat with the balsamic dressing
Step 7
After 6 minutes remove the mushrooms & onion slices
Step 8
Flip the burgers & continue frying for apprx 5 minutes or until done
Step 9
Top the burgers with the onion slices, mushroom and cheese
Step 10
Broil for a couple of minutes or until the cheese starts to melt
Step 11
Mix 1 tbsp dijon with the mayo
Step 12
Spread each side of the buns(bagel) with the mixture
Step 13
Place aburger on each bottom half of the bun, top with an onion slice and mushroooms
Step 14
Tp with other half of the bun
