Step 1: Peel the onion
Step 2: Cut the onion in half crosswise,
Step 3: Cut 4, slices 1/4" from one half of the onion and chop 1/3 cup from the other half
Step 4: Gently miix the beef, egg, parsley, garlic & 2 tbsp dijon mustard
Step 5: Form the meat mixture into 4 patties, 1/2" thick
Step 6: Fry the patties, onion rings & mushrooms over medium heat with the balsamic dressing
Step 7: After 6 minutes remove the mushrooms & onion slices
Step 8: Flip the burgers & continue frying for apprx 5 minutes or until done
Step 9: Top the burgers with the onion slices, mushroom and cheese
Step 10: Broil for a couple of minutes or until the cheese starts to melt
Step 11: Mix 1 tbsp dijon with the mayo
Step 12: Spread each side of the buns(bagel) with the mixture
Step 13: Place aburger on each bottom half of the bun, top with an onion slice and mushroooms
Step 14: Tp with other half of the bun
Step 15: Enjoy
