Sweet & Sour Sauce For Meatballs

Preheat oven 350F.
Mix the cornstarch with water until smooth.
In a saucepan combine all the ingredients except pineapple and green pepper.
Cook over medium high heat, stirring all the while, for apprx 5 minutes, or until the sauce is thick and clear. Add pineapple .
Place meatballs in an oven proof casserole dish.
Pour sauce overland pace in preheated oven uncovered.
Bake for 25 minutes, stir in the chopped green pepper.
Continue baking for a further 10 minutes.
Nice served over rice or noodles.
