Step 1: Preheat oven 350F.
Step 2: Mix the cornstarch with water until smooth.
Step 3: In a saucepan combine all the ingredients except pineapple and green pepper.
Step 4: Cook over medium high heat, stirring all the while, for apprx 5 minutes, or until the sauce is thick and clear. Add pineapple .
Step 5: Place meatballs in an oven proof casserole dish.
Step 6: Pour sauce overland pace in preheated oven uncovered.
Step 7: Bake for 25 minutes, stir in the chopped green pepper.
Step 8: Continue baking for a further 10 minutes.
Step 9: Nice served over rice or noodles.
