Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick foil.

Step 2

Mix together the meatballs; ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, onions, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon seasoning salt,

Step 3

1/2 teaspoon black pepper and 2 teaspoons Worcestershire - then shape into 1" meatballs, place onto the baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes.

Step 4

Place all of the sauce ingredients into the crockpot and whisk together until combined - add the meatballs and cook, stirring often.

This was great! Made everything early and put it all in the crockpot for 4 hours -- after 4 hours the crockpot goes automatically to warm. Served over rice. Used 2 bell peppers and also some slice onion in the sauce. Delicious. Thanks for sharing!

Loved this recipe. Made the meatballs ahead of time and froze them. Mixed the sauce ingredients in the AM, added frozen meatballs at 11AM, turned on low. Everything was perfect at 5:30. This is a definite do again recipe.
